I almost feel like I should start making Christmas treats!!
Yesterday morning I opened my front door to a fresh blanket of snow!! And after a week in the picturesque mountains, I am feeling in the Christmas spirit!!
These treats are not quite Christmas-y…. I’ll hold off on that for 20 more days 😉 … but they are still super good!!
I love cupcakes of any kind and these treats are a mix of cupcake and cheesecake because of the delicious cream cheese swirl. Yum!!

This recipe is not tough at all. 1. Start by making your chocolate cake batter (yes, the vinegar in the recipe is correct, weird I know) and fill your cupcake liners half full. 2. Make the ‘cheesecake’ concoction and top of the other half of the cupcake liners.
I tried to swirl the two layers to get them a bit more combined since my chocolate batter turned out a bit thick. In the end it all worked out 🙂
These are so tasty!! Especially right out of the oven!
