A Sweet Treat for your Tuesday: Reese’s Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies

Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate CookiesAnother chocolate peanut butter combination; what could be better for a Tuesday treat?!

This is a cake mix recipe… which I LOVE for a few reason: its super easy and quick, and the cookies turnout so soft and chewy!

I’ve shared a few other cake mix dessert recipes, homemade oreos and baked donuts, and this one is another winner 🙂

Not to mention the perfect colors for the season!!

You can never go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter, especially when we are talking about reese’s cups or reese’s pieces. This recipe includes both!! YES!

This is such a simple cookie recipe because of the cake mix, all you need is: 1 box of chocolate cake mix, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of butter (melted), 1 cup of reese’s cups (I chopped mine up), and 1/2 cup of reese’s pieces. That’s it!

Mix all your ingredients, adding the reece’s pieces and cups last.

Your dough combine without getting too sticky.

Roll your dough into balls and flatten.

I use a cup with a bit of non-stick spray on the bottom, works perfectly!

Bake at 350 for 7-10 mintues. I like mine chewy and soft so I usually go closer to the 7 minute mark 🙂

And ENJOY!!! These are super tasty, you really get that peanut butter taste with the two types of reese’s candy. Y.U.M.
