Also… I’m still working my way through a massive can of pumpkin… soooo there are probably a few more pumpkin recipes on their way!!
Pumpkin White Chocolate Snickerdoodles. Sounds like 3 cookies in one!!
But trust me these are GOOD!
So if you like pumpkin, or if you’re a fan of white chocolate, or snickerdoodles. You will like these!!!
Oh and, these are awesome if you are allergic to eggs… because there are no eggs in this recipe, and you really wouldn’t know the difference 🙂

Once again I doubled the recipe (good choice!) and now over half of the dough is stored in the freezer waiting for cookie cravings 🙂
You treat these cookies like snickerdoodles. Roll them in a ball, and then roll them in a sugar/cinnamon mix.
They come out of the oven nice and fluffy, with that tiny bit of crunch on the outside. SO GOOD!
I love the mix of the pumpkin, a touch of cinnamon and the sweetness of the white chocolate.
A perfect mix of flavors 🙂

Banana muffins, in my opinion, are the very best type of muffin out there!!!
I made a double batch of these yummy muffins last weekend and we have been enjoying them all week for breakfast, snacks, lunches… dinners. I guess that tells you how good they are!!
I have my go-to banana bread/muffin recipe, but for some reason the last few times I’ve made it I was less than impressed.
…So I went searching for a new recipe to try, and came across this one.
This recipe calls for sour cream, which makes these muffins extra good, and keeps them from getting dry.
Technically this recipe is a banana bread recipe, but I made it into muffins and it worked out just perfectly 🙂
My old recipe has been replaced!!! This is my new ‘go-to’ banana muffin recipe 🙂
Well I’ve been adding some fall flavors into my baking these last few weeks…
…So I thought it was about time to add some fall to our home!!!
It all started with a DIY burlap wreath (Tutorial coming soon!!), I ended up having some extra supplies to add a few more fall touches to our place.
Here is a bit of a sneak peak into our home 🙂

My husband and I been drinking my pumpkin spice creamer with our coffee and we’re almost down to the last bit… time to make some more I guess!!!
Potentially even better than pumpkin spice coffee creamer is this pumpkin bread.
I found this amazing pumpkin bread recipe with cream cheese in it!! (You can find the recipe I used here)
… So basically pumpkin bread but better because of the taste (and pretty) cream cheese swirl.
One thing that is interesting about this recipe is that it is in fact butter free.. but you could not even tell one bit!! Normally I see apple sauce or oil or something else instead of butter, but this recipe has coconut oil instead. So extra bonus points for this recipe… its SUPER good… and a bit healthier.
Its a easy recipe, and it turns out so pretty with that cream cheese swirl!
Basically you layer your pumpkin batter and then cream cheese batter and then pumpkin batter again. Next Time I would save a bit more pumpkin batter for the top, but it still turned out great!!

This pumpkin loaf was amazing… it did not survive the day (except for the 2 pieces I packed way for my lunch the next day)… that’s how good it was!!!

This past weekend we drove out of the city to a little berry picking farm.
It’s past berry picking season…but we had some taste food for brunch with my parents in the cute little restaurant that was there. I ended up having dessert for brunch… but a scone is kind of breakfast-y right?!?
We did a bit of walking around and it was beautiful; I could just imagine how lush it would be in the summer, and was it ever CUTE with all the old buildings 🙂
We plan to go back next summer and do our fair share of berry picking!!!
